Sebi and Gidget are 5 weeks now. Sebi weighs 1 lb. 1 oz. and Gidget is 1 lb. 4 1/2 oz. They are really playful now and act like "real" dogs - just small!

Kalina hasn't started to wean them yet, so that's good. I think they are going to be over socialized - I can't stop kissing them and cuddling them. They are so used to me that when I enter the X-pen the run to me and jump on my lap.

I'm in love!

1st pic is Sebastian; 2nd is Gidget; and one of them together just hanging out.

Aww, Sebastian looks like a boy & Gidget looks like a girl, Lol they're both soo adorable! They have the cutest faces!

Thank you! Yes, Sebastian is a "typical" boy - always crying to be held or sleeping.

Gidget is much smarter - she managed to get out of the X-pen this morning. I was drinking coffee and watching them play and the next thing I knew she had pulled herself up and over the bottom, which was almost as tall as she. She rolled over the top and landed on the other side and took off running. I'm SO GLAD I was there to see it or heaven only knows what might have happened to her. My husband wove a Lionel train rail above the top to make it about 4 inches taller and she was still trying to climb that. I will have a heart attack before these two are grown!

Geez, I wish I could just freeze them at this stage forever. I was up until 1AM this morning just sitting the X-pen with them and playing with them. I have a hard time tearing myself away!

Awww, they are adorable! I love this stage too and even now at 16 weeks, they are so much fun

Ohhhh, sooo cuuuuute!

I'm making all kinds of goo~goo ga~ga noises over here. Lol, I would stay up all nigt to play w/them too.

Kalina weighs 6 1/2 lbs. Your girl is way too small to breed IMO. Thanks for the compliments.

I'm really not sure. I'd have to make some changes in my approach to certain things since they were born premature. I'd keep Kalina contained at the end for example; maybe give her a multi vitamin, etc. However, if the puppies were to turn out fantastic I'd be obligated to repeat. LOL j/k Right now I just don't know but if I do I would do it next heat and then have her spayed. Otherwise, no. Hope you understood that.
