![]() I do keep them a long time - but you have to. Plus it is so hard to let them go. Good thing I do not breed often. Maybe this girlmay pan out. I gave her a bath today and took photos. Here they are! ![]()

![]() She is a real sweetie, I do not show and have never been to a show, I have only seen them on T.V. I have to give the Show people credit, it looks like a long road to take and not for the "Faint at Heart". When I found my girls I was looking at the parents and the pups themselves, and the cleanliness of the breeders home. I wouldn't know what to look for when looking at a pedigree, genetics yes, I have learned a lot since we got our two girls. I also look at the personality of the puppy, mind you I am not an expert, my girls are my first pets. Although, I have always had the advantage of being around animals. We have allergies, a friend of mine has allergies and she had a yorkie and they did not bother her, and the personality of her yorkie won me over, they are such sweeties. I have always wanted a dog,and finally now that I run my own business I have the time to have not one buttwo little furbutts. I will have to have more patience when taking their pictures and a faster finger ![]() My sister is able to get better shots, I think she is a little faster at it than I. Thank you for answering my post! Your puppies, are sweet, but my favourite still remains your little girl. Tammy Last edited by Yorkie Gems; 11-23-2008 at 04:19 PM.

![]() Yes, we also look at health and temperment first, and then standard. We want healthy, happy babies first and formost. A home should always be clean - one way to see if you pup may be healthy. For show it is easie to finish a dog if it is more outgoing, afterall it is a Yorkshire Terrier. Toby has that it attitude that is just born in them. The little girl, Keylee, is coming around and plays all the time now and actually beats up on her brothers. She is learning to be very outgoing. So she may have a chance. This is a very nice litter - real square and tails always up. The ears seem big on them now, only because I shaved all the hear off the ears to make sure they stand as they are teething. So I will just have to wait and see with this litter. They are real cuties!! I love to see them romp around the floor when we let them out to play. Thank you so much for responding! Best of luck with your babies too.
