My SIL has a Morkie, but somehow he ended up being black all over with silver on his back only. He's such a sweetie pie. One of these days I'll have to take a pic and post it.

Oh, if only you were in Hawaii, I'd be beating at your door begging to reserve at least one or two of your precious Morkies. This accidental breeding will result in some lucky people getting adorable furbabies to love.

Aww, she was soo cute! but it looks like maybe she wasn't born black. Probably a brown or apricot color when she was born. Thanks, Sylvia

My neighbors have Morkie. He looked just like a yorkie when they got him. He's a little more silver now but oh my goodness he is cute. Sweet little baby too. If you don't mind me asking, Are you against neutering and spaying, or do you have a breeding program?

I am trying to become a Yorkie breeder. The prices dropped out the bottom just when I started to breed. Then my husband wanted to spread out so we got Maltese. Someone asked me if I were going to breed Morkies and I said an emphatic, NO! Well, my screen door was made out of that plastic stuff, not the metal stuff so little Mr. Nick (Yorkie) chewed a hole in the screen, came in and helped himself. So I have Morkies after all. Sylvia

Cesar, how are they higher maintenance?

They have a white sheen to their coats. It's very pretty. I am wondering if I should bother to dock their tails. I am very strongly leaning toward NOT docking them. I figure why cause them any more pain than necessary. Sylvia

Are you kidding, definitely not unfortunate mixed breeds are beautiful. We have a Morkie named Polo and he is the cutest thing ever. His tail is not docked and it looks so cute for it curls up like a maltese.

Well, I can say one thing... I have 2 Morkies and 1 Yorkie. Their hair isn't a problem. They are very easy to groom. Sandy does have the thick maltese undercoat but TJ's is just like a Yorkie's. And of course, Dexter is a Yorkie.

Although this breeding was not planned, it is not the end of the world. Both of mine are so smart, easily trained, and very loving babies. I am sure you will have no problem finding them wonderful homes.

Please post some pictures. It will be great to see them develop and grow into wonderful little babies that will steal your heart.
