| She is Beautiful! My mind just went blank about the soft spot on her head. But a vet check up can help determine how bad it really is. These things sometimes do close up when they are older... Genie CookieLolaAngel Lucky |

| She is adorable :-) I love that face!! I would also have the vet check the spot if it does not close as she gets older...and monitor it they usually do close as they get older, I think all puppies are born with a soft spot like a newborn baby... Sometimes they do not close, I believe it is called "open fontanels" and then you need to be very careful because the dog is at a greater risk for serious injuries if she should fall ... I am sure there is a breeder who has more/better info than me :-) But again she is a cutie...

| She is SUCH a beautiful baby! Please keep us updated on her. Has she already found a forever home or will she be staying with you?

Luv my 7 Furkids Donating Member | Oh my gosh what a cutie. When I got Gidget she was almost 5months and only weighed 1.6 I think. Her soft spot was about the size of a dime. Her breeder and my vet told me when they are tiny sometimes it takes up to a year to close all the way. The vet said some never close completely. My breeder said all hers that have had soft spots closed at about a year. Hope that helps. PS She also told me bows ok but never use barretts until its closed all the way. L |
