| My lil girl's ears. One up one down Hi Everyone, Im pretty new and hope I am posting in the right place. My baby is 10 wks old and one of her ears stays up most of the time and the other one doesn't really go up. will the other ear "catch up" to the erect one? is this something i should be worried about or do they just both go up as she gets older? any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Again, I apologize if this is posted in the incorrect board. Thanks!!! |

| Hi, I wouldn't worry, my babie's ears were both down at 8 weeks, then one was up at 10 weeks and stayed uo for about 2-3 weeks, then the other one went up and they alternated for a while. Bottom line, until about 6 months, their ears are still developing and won't be up all the time. They should stay up by about 5-6 months pretty stirdy. If at that time they are still wabbly, you might want to try taping them. I wouldn't worry just yet. It is totally normal. |
