My yorkie has regressed since we got our puppy ! Help! Our Yorkie Stu is 2 yrs old. Spoiled and will not go in a kennel ! I guess I should say needs a bath after a few minutes in one. He was potty pad trained due to our coyote problem. Since we got Chaka our pomerian puppy a month ago , he's totally regressed. He drooled the first day we got him, the entire day. He won't go on the potty pad so the puppy follows suit and goes all over too! I've had to male small dogs in the past and it was always easier to potty train the 2nd one. We've been taking them out on a leash since yesterday. But its gonna get old having to go out every 30 minutes. I've asked the vet she's never heard of a dog regressing. The trainer said I could take the puppy to classes but really did not want to deal with Stu. Has this happened to anyone ? i don't know what to do! Tired of steam cleaning! There's no point in putting hardwood in until I get this figured out ! Thanks, Nicole :confused: |

This is a very interesting site about Yorkie lovers-we have three and don't know what we would do without them!! Our older female talks a lot to us when we engage her in a conversation-she's great and so is her daughter (just like her Mom) and our little guy-who is bold when someone rings the doorbell-but then he's disappeared under the sofa-they still play and do something-they're like kids!! |

coco has a bump Hi I am new to the site and hope I can get some answers. I have a 12 plus year old yorkie named coco he is a male that has been fixed I recently noticed a brownish colored bump where his butt would be...it doesn't seem to hurt him I asked my vet at a recent visit and she told me she wasn't sure what it was...which I kinda find hard to believe she is she not only the surgeon but the owner of the place...I am afraid it might be a cancer lump and she didn't want to tell me because I was there to have plates taken out of his rear leg and said to say I feel she is about the money..sad to say does anyone have any idea of what it can be?
