I caught on. You have to take a continual picture on your camera or at least that is how I did it.

What is a continual picture? I have a digital camera and besides the stills I can take things in action (like movies, video). How do I copy them on to my YT avatar? Thanks

Did your camera come with a program for downloading the movie. If not, there are many programs out there, and they allow you to take a snap shot from the movie, then the photoscape program puts them back into one file again. Some animation programs will take a movie file and turn it automatically into a gif file, however the photoscape program won't do this, you have to add pictures manually.

you set your digital camera for continuous shot and while they are running around you keep clicking one pic after another, if your camera has that feature

Awesome info. Since me and the two furbabies couldn't figure it out otherwise, let's see what we can do with detailed instructions. My male said he didn't follow directions, but then again, he is a male.....:)

I have an acer aspire one notebook would you know of a programme I could download so as to create a moving avatar? It doesnt have windows

I looked that up to see if I could find the operating system, and this site says that it comes with Window's Vista. Acer Aspire 3935 13.3-inch Notebook Now Available in the U.S. - LaptopLogic.com.

Photoscape should work with it.
