Where do you get all the "pictures" and the different backgrounds and how do you get them on your page?
Sorry, I'm very new to this type of thing and feel stupid.

Hey, don't feel stupid, until you do something, how would you know? Google is the best source; you can google specific words like "backgrounds" or "heart backgrounds."

Photobucket is one of my favorite places, and remember, you don't have to use specific background paper you can use any graphic, and Yorkietalk, "tiles" the graphic to fit the page, but here are some actual background papers, they have many other graphic you can use too, do a search for a specific "theme", like "Christmas". Read post 45, it gives instructions with some pictures of how you do it. Also you will need to save the pictures in an Album, this thread tells you how to make an album, and gives more tips for using paper. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...ake-album.html

Hello, I am technologically challenged and new to YT. I have played around and have given my page color. Thank you so much for your step-by-step instructions. I have a question though. I have a MySpace page and I change the background according to the holidays and my mood. I use www.pyzam.com for that as they have backgrounds already made. Is there something like this for YT? If so, where would I put in the code? I see some of the other pages with little hearts or stars and I think they are predone, but I have no clue how to apply it.

No, there is no way to get a page uploaded from another site. You can use wallpapers, but you have to save them in an album, and select them when you are decorating your page. This is from an earlier post:

I wish there was a way to save a favorite page, but right now you have to set it up each time you want to change it. It's easier as you do it, and most members of the Profile Page Fanatics club change for all holidays, and the different seasons. Hi! I need some help. How do you get two different wallpaper backgrounds on your profile page? I like Nancy's profile page. She has a frog background for her whole page and a pink stripe background in the visitors messages area. I would like to do the same on my page. I know how to get the background for my whole page (like the frog background), but I cannot get the background for the visitors messages area (like the pink stripe background). Can anybody help me? I would greatly appreciate the help.

Yea! I figured it out. In the primary content areas, I needed to click on both in the repeat box instead of horizontal.
