I know I'm not in any of those states but I have a little boy that will be ready toward the end of Sept.If interested e-mail me at sunsetyorkies@roadrunner.com I'm in Ohio |
thanks for the offer but they're a little bit bigger than i wanted.they are adorable but i don't want to go over 5 pounds. |
Well good luck on your search and welcome to YT! |
Just wanted to say good luck in your search:) . And Welcome to YT Maybe you should look for a full grown yorkie that way you can make sure. Even if mom and dad are over or under is no guarantee My Daisy Mae's mom and dad are both larger and she is right at 5 pounds at 5 1/2 years old....... |
thanks...ya i know what you mean but im just going to be very careful with their diet also because im purchasing 2 females in the future as well. |

Welcome to YT. You have to feed the kids the right amount of food regardless of what size you want them to be. Good breeders would be leary of selling you a pup with that mindset. Sorry |

All of mine eat the same, and I have one who is 11 pds and nuetered, two 6.5pds and one 7 pd.Feeding them less will not stop what they are meant to be. |

The picture is from July but he hasn't changed much since then. I left my camera at our daughter's 2 weeks ago and haven't had time to go get it. I will gladly post new photos if you are interested. |
I have three boys that will be ready end of September AND I could have met you in Louisiana AND their price will be under $1000. BUT - you're SOL after your feeding statement. |
Wow, some of you are very ignorant. Perhaps you should try asking me what I mean before telling me that I am "SOL". For those of you that were wondering what I meant by that, my vet told me the reason that some yorkies are considerably bigger than other is too much protein in their diet. I am not quite sure how you guys translated what I said into "I plan on starving my dogs so they will be small, regardless of malnutrition". We currently have english bulldogs, which require a ton of protein, which is another reason for my statement. And as for the person who said I am SOL on buying her puppies, fine. If you are going to be that immature, I don't mind finding another breeder. Thanks, and good luck! I hope this cleared up any confusion about my post! |
