A great companion in what sense? Are you familiar w/ the genetics of her female and that's why you say this? | |

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | Don't beat up the New poster. She posted in the for sale forum about this particular dog. |

| If you're referring to me, and I can only anticipate that you are, I'm not beating her up. I just have wonder about someone stating that a dog would be a good breeding candidate for someone else's dog as a sales pitch....and my post was to see if I was reading her wrong-ENTIRELY possible. That may have very well been NOT what she meant. |

| No, I have no idea about genetics. She said she wanted a second dog to keep her's company. |

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | Yorkie9 I thought I read Kegan would make a good companion dog....she mentioned he wasn't neutered....the dog isn't proven but doesn't mean he can't be a good stud. Did I read her comments wrong? |

| "Hi, I'm new to this site. I have a male biewer that I just listed on Livedeal.com. He is full grown at 5.9lbs and not nuetered. Are you interested in breeding or pet? Kegan is not nuetered. He would make a great companion for your female.let me know, stacy" ----Okay, HERE is why I said what I said. When someone mentions, not once, but twice that the dog isn't neutered and then goes on to mention that she feels that their dog would be a great "companion" for their female, that's why I thought the "Stacy" was suggesting that her dog would be a great buy for this person in particular for breeding purposes. Why else would they offer the dog the way he/she did? And that's why I asked if she were familiar w/ the genetics of the original posters dog and that's why she felt that her unneutered male would be a "great companion" for her female. |

I just have a problem with the fact that every person who posts a pet here seems to get attacked for the wording of their posts. I believe she offered her dog in another post and explains that it's because he's skiddish and not doing well in the home (that is, if I'm not confusing this off with another). What would you rather see: her post it here or send him off to a shelter? Let her post him here and leave her alone. I have seen worse alternatives..like people putting their dogs asleep. Why not make it easy for people to rehome their pets?

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | Kelly< I agree with you--sometimes we are really harsh with people who are just looking for help or assistance. I'm sure I've been guilty of that too but then I try to do it by PM and not on a public forum--and sometimes I know I'm doing it. I hope she finds another home for her dog. He is the brother to my stud and is really cute. I have a full house or I'd take him here and try to sell him in CA. |

| You're assuming that the only people that read posts like these are members of the forum. Got news for you, that's not the case and you know it. People surf this site and they come here for information, often before becoming members. Since this is also to be an educational website and not just a get together w/ friends website I think clarity is important and essential. Furthermore, while mistakes are posted, many people are quick to correct themselves because they are all too aware that strangers pop in and can potentially get misinformed or mislead to what YORKIETALK is all about. I enjoy this site and don't see any reason to not clarify. You call it an attack, and you're entitled to call it what you want. If we can't have an open discussion about clarity, then what are we doing here? And again, if it really were an attack, then that poster would have responded to my question and I would've had to argue w/ her for this to really have been anything close to an "attack", imo. I'm sure she's a big girl and when she has the time to post up, she will. I'm sure it's refreshing to her to know that people have her back though...even when it's not needed. |

| This thread was started by someone who has fallen in love with Biewers, and she is looking for good, reputable breeders. Preferably in California. Why do all these threads always end up i ndebates. She is hoping someone would help her. Why don't you take the debates else where.... Lola La Rue...I am sooo sorry your thread was hijacked, but if you have any questions about anything to do with biewers and reputable breeders, please feel free to pm me and I will gladly help you any way I can! There is a perfect little Biewer baby out there just waiting for someone like you!!!
