I am coming in on the tail end of this whole thread and have just read all of these comments from everybody including yours. All I have to say is, be very careful with your new baby. Yorkies are very sensitive little dogs and can die very quickly, and although you have been butting heads here and come across as being a hard _ ss. We all know you don't want anything to happen to your new puppy. Or any of your dogs for that matter. May I suggest keeping the little one in a sling/backback type of holder so that she is on the front of you at all times until things calm down with the other dogs. Then maybe introduce her to your other Yorkie after she gets used to you. Keep them separated from the other dogs until he gets friendly with her. I also think you should start playing calming music with no words, or sounds like a babbling brook or ocean waves around all of the dogs. Call me a weirdo but I think it may help. I'm just trying to help prevent what could be a potential disaster from happening. You seem like you may need a little help here and things got ugly. So now that you have found a puppy I think we should all put all hard feelings aside for the sake of these dogs. If you have lost control of the situation with your dogs and people who can help you, I think it's time to reassess the situation. If you think a certain dog would be better off in another home, you have to Love him enough to find him a home. If it's more than one find each one of them a home. I personally think you Love them all, but dogs like people need to feel as if the world is their oyster and not as if they have to fight for every thing in life. Let all that anger that seems to be manifesting in your Life and your dogs Lives Go. Keep only the gentile spirited ones. The others need one on one Love that just can't happen at this point in your Life. Take control of the situation by looking at the total well being of each individual dog and knowing that if you can't handle them there is a reason. Also know that there is an answer for all of Gods Creatures. If you need anything from me for your Yorkie baby or any of them, I will try to help. Many people here would help you find new homes for your Dogs that may need them. we just have to all maintain a certain dignity for the Greater Good. So All that being said...
