So Sorry about Gizmo. I am located in San Diego and belong to the San Diego Yorkshire meetup group at (meetup.com)it is a big group maybe someone is looking for a new baby.
What about your breeder? Most have in the contract that if you can not keep him they go back to the breeder. I certainly had that in my contract. Just some ideas. Hope you are able to find him a perfect forever home.

Thank you YorkieAddict..I feel so horrible..He is the cutest/smartest little guy ever..I can't believe that I put him in this predicament..and I truly do feel horrible for having to do this to him..because I know he is attached to me.

Daisy Mae has a point. We're only coming up with ideas that will benefit your furbaby. Any reputable breeder would be POed if you didn't return him (with payment of course) back to her/him. Please try that first before selling him to someone who just wants a 1lb dog.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to sound harsh. That's not my intention. Just stating the truth.

Sorry, I missed that question. No, I live in San Diego. The breeder is from out of state. I had Gizmo shipped to me. The breeder only guarantee's that he is free from defect for a year or he will provide a replacement.

I sense that you have many questions as to why I am selling him. Please feel free to ask me. I have nothing to hide. I love Gizmo to death...and my goal is to find him a loving family. The reason I posted a for sale post on here is because I figured anyone that would buy him from here sincerely loves yorkies and that makes me feel better.

I'm assuming you found him online? Can you state the site? Sorry if I'm being a pain, but I know a lot of YTers would feel better about knowing all these facts. He is SOOOOO adorable, but I want to be honest here...a lot of AKC Yorkies don't even cost $1900. I feel that you might have overpaid for an ACA...as did I!!! I paid $2300 for my Yorkie who is now 10lbs and came from a petstore. At least you were smarter and bought from a breeder. But "breeders/greeders" use ACA if they've been banned from the AKC. Some people think that just because he costs a lot, he's from a reputable person, and that's not always the case. And please, I'm not saying his breeder isn't.

I just want to give you the heads up. I hope you understand.

Yes hun We all love Yorkies and we all have seen Many scams and a really watchful of red flags.

1. HAVE YOU ASKED THE BREEDER ABOUT REHOMEING?
2. HAVE YOU LOOKED AT FAMILY FOR HELP OR REHOMING
3. IF YOU WANT TO FIND A GOOD HOME LOOK LOCAL.
Just because the contract says that does not mean he wont take im back Any Good breeder will buy back a yorkie. And because he let him go so early is a major red flag in my book . Sorry.....

As I stated above, I am completely clueless when it comes to breeders or the ACA or AKC. I know I completely lucked out that Gizmo is sound and healthy.
