I am not saying you are trying to hide anything. I am just saying that you have two active ussernames and its against the forum rules. If you want to go by Debbie you need to pm admin and tell him to get rid of the other ussername

i just feel so sorry for the male being 2 1/2 lbs. we here on yt always talk about unethical breeding of such small animals, tinies, micro, teacup.....
i just hope he is healthy and has a good life. it tears me apart to think about a 2lb dog. it just breaks my heart. i bet he is cute but cute is not everything.

and to answer your question by selective breeding you try to correct the problem Faults through the pups.
AND FYI there is NO Perfect Yorkie.
All breeder have to work within the faults to improve on them.

Hey Debbie! Don't worry about the username thing. Obviously if you were trying to con someone you could have tried a little harder than simply changing your username. I have been a member here for a while now and I didn't even know you had to deactivate an account if you forgot your password. I know it was a simiple mistake on your part. Don't worry about it. :)

The mother, father, and all the puppies are absolutely ADORABLE! SO precious!!! :wub: Good luck finding them good forever homes. I really wish I could have one! :D But, my hubby is definately a "big dog" person, so with 2 yorkies already, I think he is pretty much Yorkied-out!!!!!! :p :p :p

Thank you for letting me know that my oldname is still acitve. I will do that.. I would like to say If I can go back to my old name Debbietiner I would like to.. so for all of you that are reading this.. My user name is Debbie at this time due to the fact I couldn't get in to it with a new password sent to me. So I had to pick a new name I wanted it as close to my old one so I picked Debbie. was going to pick DebbieT. So if I can I will use my old name it will be back to Debbietiner. if I can. My female, Hootie, is 2.5 lbs and she is perfectly healthy and happy and she has a fantastic life. Not all tinies are unhealthy or unhappy. In fact, my parents have a 10 lbs yorkie who has more health problems than my 2 tinies.

LOL he maybe 2 1/2 pound but he thinks he is a big big dog.. he would do the next door great dane if he could. he is a stud muffin... he is as health as a horse.. he may be little in size but he don't let the stop him. LOL

Thank you.. I find the hard thing for me is to give them up.. I just kiss and love on them everyday they smell so good.. and are just to cute not to.. Thanks you and God bless you and have a very merry X-mas.

Oh, that is why I could never breed. I would end up keeping ALL of them. :D :D :D

Yes my little male, I call him little BIG man.LOL is very healthy he plays ball and runs and plays. his teeth are all great. My sister yorkies was bigger alot bigger and she lost her to a heart problem. she was just heart broken that was her baby..

If you breed an unhealthy yorkie, no matter what size it is, you are going to get unhealthy puppies. Hootie and Hobbs came from perfectly healthy parents (mom was 5.5lbs and dad was 3.5lbs) and they came out healthy and just happened to be on the small size. My breeder wasn't intentionally breeding to get teeny tiny yorkies, she was breeding for healthy puppies and they just happened to turn out small.

Its so hard, My husband is already wanting to keep one... He is as bad as me.. that is why I have to know for sure where they are going and keep intouch with the new mommy or daddy or I don't think I could let them go. I have heard and seen some sad storys about not just yorkie but dogs. that is what scarys me.. My friend knows people that are just as bad as I am with mine.. I dress mine and they are little kids with fur..LOL infact I just got my hoodie from tigermom. that is what my little guy is wearing.. he is just to cute in it... I had to get him two..

Your so right and that is what is so inportant.. to be healthy. I couldn't bare to lose one of my furbabies.. it would just kill me... its like losing a family member to me.. Some time even a Vet check up is not for sure..

hehehe I treat Hootie and Hobbs like little children, too. My husband and I are newlyweds and I told him the other day, I said, "I'm ready to have children, but I'll settle for another puppy." He said, YEAH RIGHT! :p :p :p
