Congrats to a New YT member "hopch" who is Chad and Kelly. They will be the proud new owners of Lil Joe. He will be a nice Christmas present for their daughter. He will be living in Ohio.

I have a zoo, just kidding. Actually I rotate them in and out of the house. I have a second home for them too. I had a building built especially for them. It is beautiful, with heated floors for winter, and airconditioned in the summer. It has pretty yellow walls with thier pictures posted all over. They also have outside kennels with tops so they can go outside, but only in the summer. The outside kennels have tops for shade and so they are kept safe. They are only allowed to be in them when we are home too. They are all so spoiled its unbelieveable. I love the description of your yorkie's special house!! We are doing the same thing, so I know what major major expense you went thru to do it!!!! I am very excited for it to be done.
But we wont have heated floors I want them, I want them, I want them. But that probably wont happen. How did you all do that? We worked with an existing building, I m no contractor...lol....but I would think it would be hard to do now.

The Yorkies house was fun, exciting, exhausting and EXPENSIVE!! We actually could have built a new 1800 sq ft house for the amount we have spent to build this for them. BUT they are worth it and they love it! The floors are done with Radiant Heat. Look it up on the internet. Its really cool!! There is waterlines run through the flooring and they are hooked up to a water heater or boiler, a lot of new homes and buisnesses are putting them in for their flooring and for their sidewalks so that in the winter all they have to do it turn them on and the ice and snow melts right off their sidewalks and you dont have to shovel. There are 2 yorkies per room. They like to have company, but since I cant be with them ALL the time I need to make sure to keep them separated because some of the girls when they are in heat, can get pretty bi*chy to the other girls. So its two per room. It is 1600 sq feet, so they have plenty of room to roam. I couldnt stand it if they didnt. Plus they get music to listen too. I probably went overboard according to some non-yorkie type people BUT hey! they dont know how us Yorkie people are crazy about our babies. So I will be a few years paying that off, but thats ok, they love it and that is what matters. You should have seen the look on the loan officers face when I went to get the loan and told her what it was for. Now that was priceless!!

Well......Missy litter has all found new forever homes. And 2 of them went to YT members. I still have Lillie with me, but she is going to Amy (purple3198) next weekend. bigphil just got Lil Joe today for his daughter for Christmas. Thank you all for your encouraging words and kind comments.
We now have 2 of Emmas that are still available but wont be ready to go until after the 15th of December. A boy and a girl. They will be 10 weeks old at that time and will have had their second set of shots.
Daisy and Jake are proud parents as of the weee hours of the morning this morning. They have 3 very small boys. Weighing in at 1 1/2oz, 2 1/4 oz, and 3oz. Their litters have never gotten bigger than 4lbs as adults and have very nice coats. Usually staying black and gold or black and tan. 3 YT members have girls from their last litter.
