| My breeding goals have shifted somewhat and these guys aren't going to fit into the program all that well. They're great pups. Bongo has all the lap dog traits and Ellie Mae has all the spunk in the world. They have been wonderful pets so far for my family and would be fine for a breeding program also as both are unaltered as of yet. Oh yeah...and they're UTD on all shots thru their rabies for this year too. I knew I would forget something!

As for the pedigree...because I haven't sent in the application for the registration yet, I don't have the complete pedigree, but I do have: Ellie Mae's Sire (All Kamms Cash) and Dam (Halpains Lydia) and Breeder (Starmye & Robert Halpain) Bongo's Sire (Halpains Axel) and Dam (Halpains Treasure) and Breeder (Starmye & Robert Halpain) Quote:

| I have been looking for a Yorkie to buy in January or February. We have to recover from Christmas first. This is actually my first post on Yorkie Talk. I breed miniature dachshunds but since my mother in law aquired a Yorkie several months ago my husband and I just fell in love with her and decided we needed to find one to add to the family. The tiny ones are extra cute, but we were thinking that maybe one just the size of your Ellie Mae. I joined this Forum to learn as much as possible about the breed. And of course I look forward to the day that one can come live with us. I will be sure to check here when we are able to pursue a purchase. I do have a question about Yorkies and Silkys. I know someone who has a Silky that has no blue on him at all. His whole body is gold and in the summer he is more white. Is this possible??? His ears don't stand up either. Just curious. I have seen an ad that advertises for rare golden Yorkies. Well, if little Ellie Mae is still available later on, we'll be in touch! She is a doll. Libby |

| Might I suggest that you sell them as limited registration for pet only? Ellie Mae's small size and down ears would disqualify her from any reputable breeding program and your price is very fair for pet quality yorkies. |

| Ellie Mae is so cute... Have you tried shaving some of the hair off of Ellie's ears and maybe taping them for a few days? This may help them to stand up straighter. I think she is a darling dog. Is she house broken? I live in Portland, OR and we have two yorkies of our own. Your's are just darling. Our male looks very similiar to yours except that his ears stand very straight and tall. He looks like a sweetheart. |
