Perhaps you could Google the names of some of those breeders to see what comes up. That's what I did to discover that my PA breeder was a puppy mill.

I did google a few of them and I didn't really find much. I don't think any of those people are running puppy mills. And I don't really know anything about them either, which is why I was asking for advice from people who've worked with breeders in PA.
