| These boys are tailor made to take to work. My first boy was turned in to my office after being found running down the middle of GA 11 and about to be run over. Since they turned him into my office, I decided he could come to my office, and it's been a great experience. you'll be surprised at how your clients relate to your pets... It's amazing. |

| craigslist, ebay classifieds, nextday pets are all places with small dogs that need new homes. I especially like nextday pets because you get to tell something about yourself. You can also look into former show dogs or breeders. |

| OP if you are still looking, I would suggest doing a search on Petfinder. I would be extremely careful about looking at online classifieds...often the pups are not in great shape and have multiple issues. If you do opt to look there, be sure to fully check the person out...find out who their vet is and ask to see vet records for the pup they are selling or rehoming. You could also look at Welcome to Yorkie911 Rescue, Inc. They are in NY. Good luck in your search!

Craigslist Ebay Next Day Pets how could you possibly suggest these are good places to look for a pet My suggestion to the OPer is to add a GREAT BIG NOT in from of the entire first sentence of the above response. Next you are going to tell me that you can tell what kind of a Yorkie it is by looking at the color of their nose

Donating YT 4000 Club Member | Please, please, please avoid the websites listed. These are absolutely NOT good places for someone looking for a yorkie, or any other dog for that matter. They are all too often fronts for puppy mills and back yard breeders. I, too, am partial to petfinder.com, but even then you have to be careful and make sure that you are dealing with a true rescue and not someone who is really a broker pretending to be a rescue.
