| Wanted: Female Illinois Area I'm looking for a female yorkie puppy. Preferably one that is around 12 weeks. I would like to find a breeder within driving distance (Illinois Area). Im not too keen on shipping yorkies. I had my little baby picked out, but she ended up having bad knees. So I'm on the search again. I am able to pick her up now as long as I feel comfortable with the breeder and her health is excellent. |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I have no personal experience with any of these breeders but have seen them and their dogs many times at dog shows. Stilton's, Windwood, Altratram and Journey. I'm not sure when the next AKC dog show in the area is but it is a good place to look at the different breeders dogs and in some cases talk to them. Good luck!

PM Breny. She is terrific and in Michigan. Sometimes it pays to go out of town for a pup. Sorry no one replied back to your emails. Maybe they have no pups at the time. A phone call is better yet. | |

I just put a deposit on one of her boys and I'm super excited to get him! Her dogs and puppies are gorgeous!

| Biewers are so cute. I've never really researched them though. I might start looking into them. Arent they way more expensive??? They are cute, but seem huge compared to the normal yorkies. |

| Good luck, I never got replies from any breeders listed on the YTCA website when I was searching and ended up going out of state.

| Show in St Charles last weekend in August There will be a show at the Kane County Fairgrounds the last weekend in August. Usually a number of the breeders are there. Of course, they are busy before they show but I have found them very friendly and willing to talk after they show.

Have to agree. That's how I met my breeder - started talking to her after a dog show, exchanged numbers....it is my understanding breeders like to get to know who they are placing their dogs w. Also, ppl do seem very happy w Breny's litters, and I agree w Chachi her prices are very reasonable.
