14. Any additional information you want to add: Disney is an AKC yorkshire terrier female 3 yrs old at our kennel. She has been used in our breeding program. She has had two litters, the first with 3 puppies, the second with just one puppy. (he is listed in the nursery if you would like to see him) We have been breeding yorkies for 8 yrs and have decided to drastically downsize so we will be rehoming most of our adults and all our puppies in the next months.
Disney has been a kennel dog so she would come to you not housebroken and she is not spayed. I will sell her to the right home with full AKC registration. Disney is good with children. WIth patience and consistency with housebreaking she would make a good companion too. I would adjust her price for a pet home, but she would be rehomed without papers. She has long hair in her picture on here with her first litter but i have it cut short now which is cute. As soon as I can Ill get new pictures up so you can see her with short hair and what her body looks like.

Disney is a second generation yorkie here. I have attached a picture of her father DUke who is 4 1/2 lbs (he was just rehomed 2 weeks ago) The second picture is of ALice her mother 11 lbs, if fact disney is in that picture with her mother as a tiny puppy. Alice is still here and will be rehomed soon into a special pet home only.

She is very cute! And I love the name Disney. (I love Mickey Mouse :p) I was wondering what you meant by "kennel dog."

Please re think your decision and have her spayed.

HI thank you, yes Disney is a pretty girl.

We have a small kennel, with inside and outside runs, Disney hasnt been caged all her life , the picture you see is her during the time she has puppies to keep them protected.
Well a "Kennel dog" is one that hasnt been accustomed to being in a family household all the time. So housebreaking would be an issue. It would take a bit of time to get her used to things. She is used to other dogs,people, kids, it isnt like she isnt social, she has been socialized, but she would need some work to be an household companion.
She is a nice girl, and has been well taken care of, but she would need to learn a few things just like a puppy really.

My interest is in finding Disney a good home. If she was to go to a good home and she was used for breeding by a responsible lovng person, IM ok with that.

she is a beautiful girl but I cant help but notice she is in that small cage with 3 puppies dont you think that might be uncomfortable and im not trying to be mean i just think it looks a little uncomfortable ,by the way good luck with finding her a wonderful home and with the low price be careful you might be placing her in a puppymill environment but hopefully one of our members would take her in and provide her a loving home ......goodluck

Dumb question om my part, but would you not have better luck and know that she is going to a good home after you had her fixed and some housebreaking and socialization? She may go to a home where the people realize that she is too much for them, so they dump her on someone else or in a shelter. Just asking, not trying to get you fired up.

I don't understand, you're post (below) from your other thread states part of the reason you were giving up breeding was you felt you were contributing to the pet over population problem :confused: How can you not expect by selling an intact dog, that you are not continuing to contribute? It would be okay for someone else to contribute? Does that absolve you of any guilt?:confused:

Please if you're giving up breeding and selling off your stock, please have them spayed/neutered before placing them in loving pet homes.

I have rescued breeder dogs and they can be housetrained.

This is really SAD. IMO...she should be spayed before going to a new home. What if some creep gets her and breeds her to death. I think you should have never upsized if you can't give each and every dog attention that it deserves.:(

I sent you a PM. My husband is willing to take off work to come and get her. But, we would not pay 400.00 for her. But she would have a wonderful home and be spayed as soon as she got here.

There are good breeders and Bad breeders.All people breeder for different reason and we hope they are for good reason.
So dont make this girl feel bad in what ever she decide to do.
All my dogs live right in my home and I bet they get better care and a lot of family pet

What a joke!

When a dog has NO socialization skills and is kept in runs or kennels, you think that is normal? You can candy coat all you want, but that is not GOOD.

Just as you are sick of us, we are sick of this continuing cycle. I got my dogs from reputable breeders, I dont think all breeders are bad.

I am a breeder so don't go there with me. This girl is 3, what in the world would you do with a three year old? She needs to be spoiled loved and in a pet home.

No one is anti-breeder. The OP did say in a thread or two that she wants to give up breeding because she feels like she is contributing to the pet overpopulation. Her words not mine. So by selling her breeding stock on full registration and being ok with others breeding her, the cycle continues and reducing her breeding stock this way isn't helping the shelter dogs.

Well I did...I rescued Yorkies in AZ and when they stayed in my home then I paid the rescue for them...even the biters who I could not place.

I am not opposed to responsible breeders and in fact have been very involved with a breed club.

what I am saying is not all breeders are bad.
My dogs all live in my house and sleep with me ,go to work with me and are very socilized,they do not evan know what a kennel is.so if you are a breed you can understand what I'm saying.
She could get a good home in a single family yes.
But some of you are trying to make her feel bad about not spaying her.
It just make me mad when people down breeders .You should understan since you are a breeder.These girls are saying breeders are wrong for breeding.

I myself have decided to go out of breeding. I dont have to justify or police the world. I have faith there are good responsible people out there.

I havent seen anyone say Breeders are bad. But bad practices are! Normally when someone stops breeding they have that dog spayed or neutered and then look for a pet home. That is just what happens.

No one here was out of line or hateful. We are all wanting to see her go to a loving pet home & the responsible thing would be to spay her.

Yep. Not a breeder, but what others are saying makes perfect sense. She can wind up on the wrong home. I bet some BYB is already smacking his lips at the thought. Whatever happens, glad you are not going to be breeding anymore.

IM done posting on this thread, and I would like the whole thread removed or at least closed I leave that to administration.

You may have an opinion but it is not always in the best interest to push it on others.

No one is saying that you are a BAD person or a BAD BREEDER! The only thing that has been said is that if you are going to SELL Her, It would BE THE RIGHT THING TO DO TO GET HER FIXED!

But that is just my opinion!
