| Looking for a puppy in a few months Hello everyone. I've asked on this site before for help looking for a puppy but for some reason or another, things don't work out for one reason or another. So here I am once again asking for help. I am looking for a little sister for my Chihuahua little girl. I want her Yorkie sister to be under 4 pounds, since that is my baby's current size and I don't want any accidents. Plus, I don't think it would be very comfy to carry around more than 8 pounds of doggie. So on the smaller end of the scale would be nice. I know it's difficult to care for the tinnies and I have experience with my current baby. I want to make sure the puppy is from a reputable breeder. I also want the little baby doll face with short legs and short muzzle, as well as the steel blue silky hair. The silky hair is also a must, since I already have my curly hair to deal with! I'm not looking for a puppy right now. I'm looking more along the lines in early 2010 or the summer of 2010. So right now, I'm just shopping around for a breeder. If I'm dealing with a reputable breeder, I wouldn't mind having the puppy shipped to me. My budget is preferable under $2000, but I guess it can be plus a bit more. I think that's about it. So if anyone has any recommendations for me, they would be greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone and have a wonderful day.

| I would highly recommend yorkiesjs. Her website is yorkiesjs.com. Several of my friends have her puppies--as well as us. And, they are all beautiful, lovely dogs. Great animals and loving temperaments. She raises them with so much love and care---it shows. If we could afford it, I would get another yorkie from her! |

| I might have some around that time frame. You can check out my website at gorgeousyorkies. As you can see in these videos they are very well socialized. They love to play and will be under 4 lbs. when grown. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/my-...oms-mikey.html http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/my-...e-her-bed.html

| Being in Mexico will make the time frame a little smaller, but I can always wait. I usually go home for Christmas, spring break and summer vacation, so there's always time. And I'm not in any rush but maybe Itzel is. I want to get a little sister for her to play with. She wants to play with a neighbor's Yorkies every time we walk by there. J&S has some really beautiful babies. Thanks for letting me know about your puppies gorgeousyorkies. I will keep you in my list. I was also looking at some breeders in California as well as a breeder in Mexico - Rio de Luna. I also found Firebrand Yorkies as well. They have really cute puppies. I'm just a bit confused about them being in NM and then the owner being Reta Elliot. On the website it has someone else's name. I'm wondering if it's the same one. Thank you for your help everyone. YTalkers are the best!!!

Thank you. You sound nice too. I just remembered something...the puppies that model for Lulu Pink, does anyone know who the breeder is? One of the puppies has a darker coloring which is really pretty. I don't know if their hair is silky because they're in a puppy cut, but the hair of the topknot looks silky.

| Hello again everyone. Well, I learned that the "baby doll" look isn't something reputable breeders breed for, so I wanted to change a bit what I am looking for. I just want a puppy with a shorter nose and a more compact body. But one that is a good representative of the breed with the nice silky hair. So if anyone has any more breeder recommendations, be they in California or out of State, they would be greatly appreciated. Again, I do want a Yorkie on the smaller side, but not "teaspoon" size.
