I am very happy to see all of the posts in my thread and to see all of the great yorkies that people have, but in my first post I stated nothing in the 1000+ range.

I wish you luck. I live in the Cincinnati area and when we were looking for a Yorkie puppy, everything we found under a $1000 was scary! That's not to say you couldn't find one, but we certainly didn't have any luck!
Just be careful, you don't want to buy from a pet store, puppy mill/backyard breeder and have to worry about alot of health issues later!
Please be careful when looking in the Cincinnati papers too, I've noticed several that list puppies for cheaper have their phone numbers listed for several different breeds of dogs they are selling!

I have one tiny little boy left! He is full of spunk and kisses too but is small so he needs to find the perfect home his sire is really dark and mother soso so he should be darker! Champion bloodlines he is 1500.00 we are in Tenn. but will be going down to Michigan around Thanksgiving so you are on the way!LOL If you think it may possible for you to give this special boy love this Holiday season please feel free to contact me anytime! As we will be looking for this boy a special home because of his size!

Hello. I am in Pa. about 4 hrs from Cincinnati. We have some nice looking boys with reasonable prices. I have 1 boy listed for $500. as a pet. he is Ch. Great Grandsired. His Daddy is Jake whom I got from Deb Sillers of Amazing Yorkies. His mom is Tiffany(Ch. Grandsired Stardust lines). We have other boys too who are Ch. Grandsired. Our puppies are all vet checked, have dews and tail done, shots, dewormed and guaranteed to one year of age. They are raised in our home and handled since birth. We can possibly meet for the price of gas. Take care, Sue

Keep in mind that puppies are dark and usually get lighter as they age... so don't be disappointed when in 2 years your black and tan is silver and tan.

My daughter and I both have yorkies. I bought another beautiful little girl from ABC Grooming in Akron and while we were there my daughter fell in love with this tiny little boy yorkie.

So, she bought him. After two weeks of loving him, she realizes that it was an impulsive buy

and she doesn't have the time to give him the attention he needs. She wants to keep him, but she knows that it is best for him to be with someone who has more time to spend with him. (She has a full time sales job and teaches dance 3 nights a week.) Anyhow, if you are still looking for a puppy, please let us know. She will let him go for $600.00. She will send you more information and pictures if you are interested. We can meet you in Columbus if you decide to buy him. We look forward to hearing from you!!
