I am so very sorry for your heartache. It's funny how you can fall in love with a pup you've never met in person.

| Sorry to hear that. One of my friends had to give hers for adoption, and now she is looking for a yorkie again. I would think it over.

I know I'm worried here is what she said.. do what? dual register them? I dont like to support the money hungry AKC organization unless people request it. I hate them. they are only out for money and dont care what the dogs look like, when they come to inspect, they want to focus on paperwork and forms, not how the dogs are or how they look. but yes i can get akc on them no problem.

i dont think it cost that much..i dont have akc pups mine are CKC but my golden was akc and to register him myself was only like 30 so i cant think its much more for breeders maybe $50 most breeders are proud to say akc...if they argue it they are porbably not akc breeders maybe they were once..sounds like she didnt get a long with them and she might even trick you into buying saying she will mail the papers later i would take that has a red flag and look else where..(and im not one to nit pick at all ..but her statements bother me)

AKC does inspections and alot of breeders don't like the fact they do inspections, litter registrations are $25.00 + 2.00 for each pup in the litter. They also require DNA on frequently used Sires and when they do inspections they may DNA pups you have. To avoid this a lot of people use CKC or APR etc Deana Prestigeous Yorkies
