You're right. She did do the right thing by getting rid of him, but I think that she had other motives. She was afraid that she would be in breach of contract AND she did try to sell him for more than she paid to make a buck.

But as I know you, you always try to look at the brighter side of things!

yes i am happy that sarah got the baby too...BUT it doesn't make what brenda,brandi whatever her name is did RIGHT! what is so wrong with just being honest why is this sucha hard thing for people. she should have known better than to try and pull that here she should have known she will get caught AND SHE DID! once someone is dishonest here especially when selling a pup is a serious for me. that's all there is to it.

I didn't think that you were making any statements toward me. However, as a breeder, that thought realllllly goes through your mind a lot. I am just trying to concentrate on the fact that my grandpuppy is in a good place.

I am glad too that brandi did the right thing in finding a new home for him but she could have just been honest about it.Then she tried to sell him for way more than she paid for him but I almost got taken advantage of. But in the end she lost money cause of the money she spent on all of his things came with him. I mean I understand kids with dogs I have a 5 1/2 year old son who just loves all of our babies and is great with them all but the one thing he is not allowed to pick up the puppies just to be on the safe side. All I got to say is I am glad that she did sell him to me because I am so in love with my new little Koda hes great and such a good boy. Brandi said the whole reason on not contacting the breeder which is Tammy was that she didnt want him to get bounced around from home to home, but she should have at least given Tammy some kind of notice with the problem she was having with her daughter. Well all I have to say is now I got him and hes not going anywheres.. lol He is home.... Thanks Kimberley and Tammy for helping me with all of my questions. You are both very nice people.

I realize that he did come with a lot of stuff including his own wardrobe! However, I seriously doubt that she paid $300 for it.

Yes Tammy he is in a great loving home and is going to be spoiled rotten. I will keep up up to date on him some photos. I dont think I could have gotten a better baby he is perfect in every way... so sweet and loving just shows that he came from a good mommy. Thank you Tammy sorry about all of this but now he is in a better home for good.

You are absolutely right and I am not excusing what she did. I do want everyone to know that. Being dishonest is just plain wrong. She was very sneaky and I agree with txshopper, she didn't want to be in breach of contract. I believe she never thought it would be found out. The sad thing is that people believe that they can do this sort of stuff and get away with it. Especially with the $$ thing. WOW!!

Yes I know and that is my biggest concern. I always try to look at ways to concentrate on the better things. Just like this, When Kim called, I was shocked and scared. I was never really upset, honestly my first reaction was GOSH, I hope he is in a good home. After I talked to you, all of my fears were put to rest and I can honestly say that I am extremely happy. I showed my children the pictures. They were shocked tooo. My son (age 5) said mom, I thought you said that you fixed it so if people didn't want the dogs they had to come back home. I explained to him in a round about way that he was in a better place.

After explaining a ljust a ittle, Ryan (my son) said mom, aren't big people supposed to do the right thing. I told him that being dishonest is a horrible thing, but that after all of the craziness, the puppy is where he should be and the right thing actually happened. Sarah, seh0422, pm-d me because she saw that I was in Victoria, Texas and asked me a couple of questions. Since I knew the breeder, Tammy, I knew that she has only sold one pup to the Austin area. Everything more or less fell into place...time span, everything, PLUS, Tammy's name was on the AKC papers.

exactly but all the credit has to go to kimberly-txshopper she's the one who "found her out" so to speak good job i just don't agree with dishonesty there is just no reason for that.
