Any additional information you want to add: Tasha is a beautiful AKC and ACA registered blue and tan silky coated girl, currently weighing about 6 1/2 lbs (but she could easily go on a diet - she was 5 lbs prior to motherhood). She is very loving and obedient, knows basic commands, is completely trained to use the potty pads or "go outside," she has been debarked (has a quiet, muffled bark) and loves to dress up and go for car rides. Not only has Tasha been my best house dog, she's been my best producer. She free whelps, is easy to breed and is a great mother. Currently nursing a litter of Parti Carrier pups, her pups will be fully weaned in the next 2 weeks, than she'll be ready to go. She is one of my favorite girls but sadly my breeding goals have changed and Tasha no longer fits in with my new plans. I hope she will be someones special girl and will be pampered and spoiled but she'll also be a valuable breeding dog for the breeder who's looking for a quality and proven girl. Please call or e-mail for more information. |

She is so pretty. May I ask why you are selling her? |

Of my 2 traditional yorkies, Tasha is house trained and the other is sometimes trained - so I will keep the Madison (spayed), because I worry may not fit into a new home as well. |

She's a little doll. |
Some debarking examples on ( http://www.prisonersofgreed.org/Comm...nel-facts.html ) Dogs in puppymills are debarked often by ramming a steel rod down their throats to reputure their vocal cords. Or she could be spayed and placed lovingly in a great pet home instead of risking her in further breeding litters. Just a thought. I don't like taking pups away from moms or moms totally away from pups until the pups are at minimum 4 mos old. Mom's aren't nursing their pups anymore of course after aobut 8 or 9 weeks of age, but they sure interact and play with them. At least mine do; and I give them the chance to do that. |

I dont understand why one would go from breeding somewhat correct yorkies to one that is a total DQ in the show ring? YORKIES ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE PARTI COLORED... Hopefully a responsible YTer buys this girl and spays her. |

I understand she didnt alter their DNA and just like people dogs come in different shapes sizes and colors. But since this dog isnt what she wants to breed anymore and claims she loves her but is just going to sell her off to replace her with something that she wants to breed. Why not just spay her, keep her and love her if she loves this dog so much. Quote:

Poor girl has been through a lot. One family to another and now to another and debarked to boot. Atleast she was someone's "Best Producer." I hope she finds herself a nice pet home where she can relax and get all the love and spoiling she deserves. Elaine |

I have a friend who rescued a debarked girl and she needed a surgical procedure done and they couldnt do it because they couldnt get their smallest tube down her throat for anesthesia from all the scar tissue from debarking. Poor girl had so many problems :( |
