| Most breeders will make you do part ownership.. go to the akc website and talk to some breeders near you.

| The best thing to do is to go to local dog shows and meet breeders in your area. You will need to find one who is willing to sell you a puppy and mentor you through the process of showing and breeding. Here is a list of upcoming shows in your area: http://www.infodog.com/showinfo/state.htm Please make sure you only deal with reputable breeders who show their Yorkies and stay away from breeders who will try to sell you a "show prospect" when they do not show themselves. |

| I know Glenda Beavers of Tsa La Gi has a show prospect female available right now. Her website is www.yorkieshowdogs.com You might try e-mailing her and talk to her about showing one of her puppies. I think it's awesome that you're interested in showing! I think it sounds like it would be so much fun. I hope you can find a great show breeder to mentor you. Good Luck
