| His name is Ozzie....he's just the sweetest thing.....I adopted him from a woman who needed to rehome him....because she worked to many hours...and traveled alot. Ozzie is 2 years old and beautiful. He has a sensitive stomach. He has to take 1/2 a pill before he eats so he wont get sick. I think it might be the food she fed him. I'm going to gradually switch him to the toy indoor dog food my chihuahua is on. Has anyone heard of this before?? I will post pictures soon of both of my babies!!!! |

| Hello everyone. Well Ozzie seems to be settling in okay. He now comes up to us and loves on us and wants to be petted, but its only for a quick minute then hes down and wondering the house. Also, he is marking his territory like crazy. He even marked on our couch....two days in a row. We have Zoe, so I'm assuming that he just wants to get his smell everywhere hers is. Its so gross though! Other than that...he is used to his "bedroom" (crate). This is where they sleep at night. And he's so adorable and playful....my kids just love him, as do my husband and I. |

| so glad ozzie is doing well and is fitting right into the family ![]() and about the marking, you could try belly bands..they are for males and helps prevent them marking all over if you do a search on YT you can find lots of info!

| I'd keep checking the for sale forums. Once in a while there is one in your price range, or you can try to keep adding to your funds until you have a little more. I've seen a lot on here in the 500-650 range.

I didn't hear, did you get him from someone on yt or perhaps thru someone near you? I can't believe the number of times I see yorkies for sale, including adults, in my local paper. I do not know why people can not provide forever homes -- but so glad you are giving Ozzie a loving home!! Hugs to you!Oh, and if you haven't done so already - please be sure to sign Ozzie up for our Little Gentleman's Club (I'm having trouble keeping up with everybody signed up - lol) The thread to do so is at: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=106129
