..this is probably a really dumb question, but can you show biewers in the US?? It's okay to laugh at me.

I'm so excited about getting my first show pup, but I've also always thought those biewers were so adorable.

Yes, you can...just not with AKC as they do not yet recognize the breed.

Do you know what Kennel Club they're registered under??

NAKC and IABCA are the two best known clubs to show in. I have Biewers and show in them.

I have also shown my Biewers (and Yorkies) I have not gone to a NAKC show, but have been to several IABCA shows. I also talked to some other US registries about showing the Biewers with them, as they would be closer to home. These other registries said they could be shown. I just don't know if I want to register my dogs with them, as they are the ones known for puppymill people. (ACA, UABR, APRI)

Right now I just show my Biewers but I hope to show my Yorkies soon.

Yes you can show them in the US. Are you getting a Biewer. They have the greatest personality.

I show the Biewers at IABCA. Haven't tried any of the other shows.

I hope we can find some other venues in the future to show.

Probably not in the near future, but I thought it would be fun to show them as well as Yorkies. I've always thought they were so adorable, and since I'm going to be showing anyway...why not show the Biewers too??

I would love to have one, but it's not happening in the near future.

There is going to be 24 Biewers (I think 30 if you include the Fun Match) in Orlando next weekend at the IABCA show, there is a Specialty Show on Sunday. A great turnout for the breed if you can get away come on down!...

Otherwise if you wait until March,08 there is a show in your state.

Good luck to all the ladies and gents in the BYTNC and the BBCI (and any one else for that matter) who are showing this weekend at the Specialty in Florida!!! I wish I could be there with you but not this time!!! 24 Biewers showing so far and more for the fun match!!! How exciting!!! It was great showing with you in Virginia a few weeks ago... we had so much fun! Big hugs and the best of luck to you all!!!

If you can get there please do and see some of the most exquisite Biewers in the country... you won't be disappointed!!!
