My Sweet Baby Girl I know she is way too young to know for show. But I think I am doing better taking photos. I try to set up the stage - to get better photos. I tried all kinds of objects in the photo at first and it looked too busy. So I took everything away except the satin cloth and bunny. Added the bow for contrast and wala! I have to remember to keep it simple. What do you think about the photo? Do you take your own photos? If so what do you do to get your best shots of your beauties? This is Sunflower, which I will be holding on to and see how she develops. Hopefully she will be a very special girl someday and do well in the ring. I thought about spelling her name (flower part) the French way. T.

hey Tina she is a cutie, I am having such a hard time getting any work done lol I keep looking at pic and then taking pics of mine. I just took a pic of a boy i have 6 weeks old and I am loving him. I already said I am not keeping another male but who knows lol Your girls dam is gorgeous. Best of luck and we will be looking forward to seeing more pics of your girl I use the bows alot with my pics. I found it to help me to see which one was the boy or the girl lol thats why I started using the bows years ago and then I realized how darn cute it looked too. I have one pic of my all boy cavalier litter and i did theirs with bows soooo cute. I think too many objects take away from the main attraction, the pup. Deana Prestigeous

Thanks! I am hoping to get the dam of this litter back out in the ring in Jan./Feb. to finish her. She is just so placid in the ring, no fire personality in the ring. Get her by ring side and it is like Jeckle and Hyde. She is real spunky! Boy, is she gorgeous! Like a real primadonna! Georgeous color and silk too! I will try her out with my handler after Gi. I have to admit - I got the idea for the bows from you, Deana. Instead of tying them around the stomach, I tied it around her neck (but she is older and can have it around the neck). I know what you mean about the boys. I have one boy I may hold on to him since he is so nice. But I do not need another boy! My hubby keeps telling me - just keep the girl. She is a beauty - just like her mom, but what a personality -already showing through at her young age. LOL And yes, the object of the photos should be the subject. T.

By all means get her dam out there with a handler she shouldn't have any problems and your handler can find some trick to get her going.. She is too nice not to finish her, you would be kicking yourself later about it. I did that before. deana

| Great picture! I used to use all sorts of different things in my pictures and then I realized that, like what was already said, it takes away from the main subject. So now I go with the strategy that less is more. In fact, I get really irritated at the pictures of puppies when all you see is props and not the puppy! Even more irritated when I see it in a coffee cup! LOL!
