Emu Oil Where do you buy emu oil for wrapping??? |
|
I don't wrap, but I do use the same bottle of 100% EMU oil both as a supplement AND as a coat conditioner. I buy mine from Laid In Montana -- they are fantastic to work with. Here is their web-address: I always wondered about the name of the company  but I am almost positive that it refers to the EMU eggs being laid in Montana and not  |
I love you guys. I never even knew there was EMU oil. I learn something new on here everyday. Hope you can get your oil. |
Sometimes you can find it at health food stores. Almond Oil works just as well I've heard. |
Does anybody have link to the online shop (international if is is possible) where this product can be bought. |
I found something. http://www.emustore.com/pure-200ml-p-33.html Should I buy pure emu oil. How do you use it with pump bottle??? |
I just bought some for a friend on Ebay for 17.95. |
When talking Emu oil cheap is not always better, some can really smell!!! Peggy Nygard sells a very refined oil that does not smell. You can order from her at Peggy@3rivers.net She will be happy to explain how to use it. |
Thanks I already sent her e-mail. |
Hi Debbie - thank you for sharing the link for Emu Oil....I'm not showing Izzy (she is too tiny) but I would like to learn how to use it to keep her coat shiny and to protect from breakage. |
there is an emu farm here in oregon, they have both 100% Grade A pharmacy as well as veterinary http://www.highcascadeemus.com/xcart/home.php?cat=5 http://www.highcascadeemus.com/xcart/home.php?cat=6 They are very helpful with all your questions |
Emu oil is great, but I've found that Almond oil works just as good and it's less expensive. You can get it at any health store GNC... The one thing I experienced with Emu oil is flakiness...haven't had that problem with the Almond oil. |

oil Oil can have the opposite effect on the coat if it is too heavy or used too much...clogs the hair follicle and it starts to flake..then some people have a hard time getting all the oil out and the dry coat is too greasy, so they over shampoo, too much as strip all the natural oil out.. |
