I have some CC Gold Series Pin Brushes that I use for the ring. I also use a Spornette Ionic Brush for those static days.....much easier to use it without using any anti stat and carrying too much in the ring.

Thanks for helping me... as a matter of fact, in the GNC website I saw that they sell Almond Oil to a store in Sao Paulo, so I can order from them...

Go online and google for Isinis Brush.

Bathe the puppy, with what every shampoo and conditioner you use, follow up with Emu or Almond Oil 1 cap in 1 or 2 cups of warm water. Now while puppy is in your arms, blow dry and use the Isinis brush to gently brush out the mats. If you have an extra difficult one, use a very small slicker brush, using the side of the slicker gently work at the mat, try not to pull.

I don't brush daily, I bathe every 4 days and only brush when drying. I know it'll be tough not to do, but you are over working the coat and can do more damage.

Mardelin is a Life Saver!!!
It has been 4 days since I bathed Stormy like Mardelin suggested.
The results are Amazing!!! So - she looked a little oily - So What!!!
It was VERY HARD not to comb her hair every night to get tangles out as i usually do.
She was a little cold waiting for the conditioner to set for 10 minutes. But the warm towel suggestion WORKED!!!
When I bathed her again today (4 days later) ONLY ONE LITTLE TANGLE!!!

My little Stormy was starting to hate me after the torture of combing those tangles every night!!! NO MORE!!!
I will definatly continue this process with all of my Yorkies.
Just waiting for the UPS guy to deliver my Isinis Brush & I'm set.

In the panhandle, south of Amarillo 120 miles. I was just wondering, my husband has an uncle in Baton Rouge. His family came from Louisiana. Got boudin and andouilli in the freezer.

My dad is from Jefferson, Texas (not far from Shrevport, LA)
We travel there sometimes to visit family, & to run from Bad Hurricanes!!!
Boudin & Andoulli - yep we have it too!!!
We actually have all the Shrimp, Crawfish, Crabs, Redfish, Drum, Trout, etc. that you can eat!!!

If I go get some almond oil, Do I spray it on after a bath? How long do I let it sit before I start to brush? And how much do I dilute it with again? Thanks so much! I have puppy fur issues

Thanks Mardelin! I'm still just a little confused. Is the oil supposed to be rinsed out or left on after the bath? Sorry, I'm a ditz today!
