Well today wasn't a good day for us. Radar didn't win but I really wasn't in to it as Radar got sick and was taken to the ER vet for excessive panting. He ended up having an allergic reaction to some medications from our trip to the ER vet for kennel cough

given him some benadryl and he's now resting comfortably. Lissette and shiner did well showing today. Radar will not be shown tomorrow due to his not feeling well. It's very stressful when our little ones get sick and I've been in a panic all day but he seems to be better now and sleeping

That is better news!

Yes he did. He got 1st. in his class both days...He might have been the only one in the class but the pretty boy did get his ribbons..

Donna, is Radar doing better? Did he have kennel cough or a reaction to the kennel cough shot? I know you must be worried about him. I pray he makes a speedy recovery.

Lissette, your boy is very pretty. His day will come.

Radar is doing much better thank you! He was diagnosed with Kennel cough from the ER vet but I think he suffered an allergic reaction to something airborne or chemicals in the hotel room OR an allergic reaction to the medications he was given at the ER vet but he was GREAT with Radar but once I gave him benadryl he was so much better and the hives went away after several doses of it. His last dose was last night. I took him to his regular vet for a CBC and a complete check up and his vet says upper respiratory infection and could be kennel cough and is being treated for it. His CBC came back GREAT!!! He's sooooooooo much better thank goodness!! These little guys can put a scare in ya! He's on the road to recovery!!

Lissette's boy is going to do good in the ring with his mommy!! They did GREAT out there in the ring and I was glad I got to watch better from the sidelines!! Go Lissette and Shiner!!
