Wow! Okay - if you get the magazine Yorky Club they have a great write up of her in there , page 29 - 33. She owned and bred, CH. Rothby's Reneegade ROM (better known as Gator).

Roberta was an icon in the yorkie breed You'll have to look me up and you can meet Radar I don't know what you are confused about but I know you'll enjoy your trip!! NY shows are so fun and there will be beautiful yorkies there!!!

Brooklynn, I'm actually going to visit my daughter, who lives in Manhattan and of course It's not a coincident, that I'm making my trip during the shows! I would be more than happy to meet everyone!

I graduated from city college in NY (Queens College), so I also going to meet my classmates who are willing to go and see the shows with me!!!
I can't wait to go to NY!!!

There will be a dinner in honor of Roberta on Saturday night. The theme is hat's off and you're suppose to wear a great hat. I can't find a hat that strikes my fancy.

Goodness that could be fun. I never wear hats - I'll have to figure out where to shop for one. I'm envisioning a whole group of woman out of Gone with the Wind. teehee - Big floating brims - ribbons hanging down. I love the idea of the wide brimmed hat but you'd have to wear it on the plane which could be a problem for the person sitting next to you. The veiled hat would lend you an aire of mystery. You'd need just the right dress for that hat, it would make a great outfit. If you come up with a great place to buy hats let me know.

Okay now I've got to find a hat......I really don't know what kind I'll get. I have a... uhhum......big German head with thick hair and hats only accentuate that flaw. LOL..So maybe I'll go with a small one.

Pam you know in those old movies - they had a triangular shaped hat which sat on the top of your head with usually a feather or something and a veil that you rolled down over your eyes. So sexy ... It's close to valentines day - we could go in RED! Or you could go with a sheer gossamer veily type thing with red hearts all over it and just drape over your beautifull thick hair. Ahem. can you lend me some hair - my is fine and thin - could stand about 10,000 more strands

okay those hats with the veil coming down over your eyes are called....."fascinators"

Wow what a Name also I looked up vintage stores and there are some in Toronto going there this week!
