I think because of their help and love they gave me I owe it to them to do my best, reason I too save up and go to shows, research and learn everything I can to help the breed. It also gives my family and I quality together times to make memories. It is so easy to sit at home for me, but those times do not make memories - I guess what I am saying is that we learned how important life is and you have to go after your dreams and make those memories. I have to push myself!! Life is short, too short and it is family and friends that count most. So we make those times special and we try to make a difference.

Thank you, Tina. I am glad your husband is better too. I know those must have been some really hard times for you. I never thought I would be looking forward to turning 62 but I am so I will start getting my social security (if the country isn't bankrupt by then); I have a 16 months to go. I must say that all of you have been an inspiration to me and my babies do give me so much love and comfort.

I just want to wish you all the Best of Luck. A group of us will attend either Saturday or Sunday and I will try and make your Friday show. Good Luck and have fun!!

Glad to hear you're coming. I will be at the trophy table on Friday so feel free to stop by. Try to make it to the dinner and auction Friday night at Texas Land and Cattle. It will lots of fun but you do need to sign up at the specialty. Anyone wanting to come is welcome and I will be happy to direct you to the sign up or put your name on the list. On Sat. and Sunday, I'll be the one hiding....Mary won't let me get close enough for CJ or Baxter to see me..lol

You'll love Linda T and Kathy L....they are sooooooooo sweet and I love them both so much! They are awesome!!! I'm showing one of Linda T's girls. She owns Crystal the little 10 month old I have here at the house! I'll also be bringing Crystal and Radar to Lubbock too

I'm actually ready for the Lubbock shows too!!!

Yea!!! It's Labor Day!!! I only work 2 days this week...WHEEEEEEE! Already have my beans cooked and the ribs ready for the grill!

I'm going to try to get there around 12:30 or 1:00 on Friday just to wish all of you luck and meet you. Wont be able to stay around very long because I have to pick my daughter up from school and take her to swim practice. I will try to get back on Sat or Sun with Baxtersmom and TeresaM..

I am hoping to go, it's a 8 hr drive for me and my son has school Friday so I wouldn't make it Friday for sure. I could just let him miss Friday but my mother in law works at a school and I don't think she has days left to miss. Without her there's no way i could do it alone with my 2 yr old. she would scare the poor dogs showing lol and then everybody would hate mommy.

So who will be there Saturday?

I want to wish everyone the best of luck this weekend. Hopefully someone will post information on who won sometime after the show. I know I will be anxiously waiting to hear.

If I ever get out of town!!!!! I'll be taking my laptop with me so I will definetely send results and pictures. Pictures may have to wait till I get home, we'll see.
