Tina I like them both, in pictures I still prefer Knight but I love a showy dog. So if Trey has better ring presence then I would keep him. I would put them both in the ring though before I decided, they are both lovely. It was a great breeding and I think they could both be winners!

Ok here's my opinion LOL....I love both!! But if I were to pick if it were out of my litter I'd be going with Trey because his head is clearing more than Knight and from what you said Trey has the showier attitude. With the new DQ I would tend to go with the one that is clearing just alittle faster but again Trey has the showy personality also so that would be what I'd do

Although I love them both and I'm partial to the darker color - I think "Trey" is the one to show. It would be so hard to decide! How lucky to get both from the same litter!

Which one has the better movement? If there isn't a rush I would hold onto both of them and see how they do in the ring. It should be easier to decide once you've handled them both in the ring. A fellow exhibitor may fall in love with one of them and you may go home with one less. That's how my Preston came to live with someone else.

They both have great movement. Trey was a bit better on a lead to begin with, but now Knight is great on it too. Knight has a bit more reach, but both are great movers. I do not want to make a mistake keeping the wrong one, but I am going to have to make up my mind soon. I am already very attached to both of them.

Well, as of yesterday I was going to keep Trey. Now after taking more photos of Knight and comparing their photos, I am not sure. I like Knight too. He was the one I fell in love with first. But Trey has the more outgoing personality. Ugh!!!

Donna, I am not worried about the color as of now. I am guite sure Knight will clear around 2.5 - 3 years old and I will hold off showing him till them, so he can finish quickly once out. His Grandsire did the same thing - cleared around then and is beautiful. Infact he looks almost identical to his Grandsire. But then Trey does have that showy personality and is clearing faster and will finish sooner. He is also smaller at 2.75 pounds now. It is so hard to make a decision. I do like Knight's coat though better. Very full, where Trey's coat is finer. But will probably turn out thicker when older. I just wish I had a magic ball to see into the future. Thanks for your help Donna. It does help me think things out better/clearer.

Thanks Jackie! This was a great breeding. Father is a Westminster participant and champion (and two times Grand Sweeps Winner). In their pedigree there are only three not champions in a 5 generation, with many ROMS too. I try to breed the best pups I can. I looked at my mom and tried to find the best match possible. I guess I did. I just wished it would have produced a girl for me too. I guess you can't have it all.

This is my feelings also!...Knight is awesome but I worry about his head clearing...My pick would be Trey!...

Thanks Laura. I think he will clear, but you never know.
Here is a photo of his grandsire when he was young and then one when he matured. His grandisre's breeder says that Knight looks almost identical to him when he was that age.

Sure Shot didn't clear until he was almost 3 and it didn't hurt him any.
