| ![]() Thank you all for all of the great advice on judges! We were entered on Saturday under Edd Bivin but didnt go because Diesel had a case of the runs on Friday night. I have a feeling it was best off that way because from what the others told me he was not the nicest person. He witheld placements dogs in the 6-9month and 9-12month puppy class and also withheld RWD. We showed to Judy Webb on Sunday (yesterday) and she was rather pleasant. She was very gentle on the table. We took breed yesterday which was a nice surprise. I was very proud of my little boy. The week after next we have 4 full days of shows, 3 of which are majors. Thanks again guys!! |

| ![]() And what about C.E. Trotter and C.A. Beattie?? My Gigi earned a 4 point major and BOS under Trotter back in Nov. so I am figuring he likes good silky coat, good color. But not sure if I am right and what about size? T. |

| ![]() Barb Alderman withheld ribbons a few weeks ago from a newbie. Lady had trouble with armband and late for class. She was helping someone else show a lot of dogs. Barb's comment was - I don't have to take this.... She is a handler's judge. I like Biven. He puts up the best dog. He likes hair trimmed to floor length. I have seen him get pissed because he thought the dogs hair was interferring with movement. I think it is kind of funny how he hums while time he is judging. |

So basically, I might as well stay home and save my money instead of going to Clarksville? | |

| ![]() Alderman is political and will put up someone she knows and she likes a yorkie on the smaller end of the spectrum in my opinion. I won't show to her but I'll let my handler show my dogs to her LOL....I don't know anything about the other judge. Donna Bird Brooklynn's Yorkshire Terriers |

| ![]() Dee - if you ever get a chance try to show to Ann Hearn. She is a verysweet lady - very kind to dogs and people. Judges the dog not the end of the lead. You will occasionally see her judging in the UKC. |

| ![]() I like Bivens..he knows a correct Yorkie and how it should show...so don't go under him if you are trying to slip by...he is a stickler for a good bite and clean teeth. Wants correct color and all the rest..but he is fair in my book... |

| ![]() I like him too but you must have a correct dog to show to him. He will find whatever fault you are hoping he wont notice
