Hello,
I don't have a yorkie but I wanted to join this site to share my story about Sarah Vail-Foxx or whatever her name really is. Mid Dec. 2007 I bought a French bulldog from Sarah for $2000 the dog was suppose to be 2.5 years old. When the dog arrived she was so happy & great looking; however, she just couldn't breath. I contacted Sarah concerning this matter. Sarah must have only taken my calls because she knew I could charge back the payment I made through paypal. She wanted a bank transfer but I refused (THANK GOD!!) Sarah gave me a $500 refund to comfort me & prevent me from taking the whole $2000 that I said I wanted to charge back. After that her plan worked for a little while because I thought everything was fine. I never got the vet paperwork or AKC papers so I made some calls and all the numbers were disconnected. The health certificate the dog flew with was fabricated (no such vet). Obviously this threw up a huge red flag so I called my credit card company and am disputing the balance. I then thought maybe Sarah stole this dog so I took her to get scanned for a chip. she had one but the owner never registered it. that was yesterday..... This morning I found my happy little frenchie that didn't know the name Sarah made up for her dead. I'm glad I could give her a happy last 30 days but this was a heartbreaking experience and I hope Sarah is in jail right now. I don't know what the penalty for fabricating vet health certificates is but I would think it is high. If anyone needs any additional evidence to build a case against this girl I have emails and that letter feel free to contact me.

Hi, I've been scammed by her myself and have witnessed the transport of many of her sick and dying puppy mill puppies. Please contact me as I'd like to collect as muchinformation as possible to take her to the DA in Riverside and San Bernardino County for the internet fraud she was convicted of in Colorado Springs for doing the same exact thing she is continuing to do today.
