| I am soooo excited for you too. I thought she looked adorable and that the keenel looked well kept. I figure if they had something to hide they wouldnt go into such detail showing you around on their website. BUT, I am definately not a pro at this... just my observation. Either way... she is a doll and cant wait to see pics when you get her home

Yeah I'm still iffy on the kennel. Anytime there are dogs in runs and not living in the house w/their human families.. it bothers me. But, she's older and needs a home.. and I was looking anyhow and wasn't set on a baby or young adult... and I really fell in love w/her. I'm just waiting to hear back about arrangements to pick her up, ect. I won't be able to get out to TX for at least two weeks.. so I hope she'll hold her for me until then. I'm so nervous! LOL

I hope it works out for you. Tess looks like a real winner and certainly deserves a loving home. Good luck. Carol & Buddy

I'm so glad you posted it as well! She's just beautiful! The only thing that makes me nervous is being able to go get her quickly. I'm all the way up here in NY and she's in TX so it worries me a bit. I really don't want her to be shipped here alone...

I live in NY as well and I know it is a far trip. The only good thing is that she is an adult so I think she would be able to handle the distance better than a small puppy. What did the breeder tell you?? She only told me about her surgery and a little about her disposition, but nothing about how big or old she is. I thought she had such a beautiful face.. I know that other people on here have either gotten or known people who have gotten puppies from her and they liked her. I was skeptical because her kennel has so many dogs...but they need good homes and I think the prices are great too...that little Veronica (on the yorkie puppy page) is so cute too!! When do you plan on getting her, and is it definate?? Please keep me posted..I have watched this dog for so long and am thrilled that it seems to be working out for her!!

She told me that she's a bit afraid of children, but she's a sweetie to everyone and gets along well w/other dogs. She's 3 years old =) I haven't heard back from her yet, I actually might call here in a few... but if my fiancee can fly down there to get her.. it would likely be within the next two weeks or so that he'd be going to pick her up! I hope it works out! I always get so paranoid, LOL.

I just wanted to post and update everyone. I decided not to get Tess and I feel terrible, but from talking w/the breeder I don't think she's a good match for me. I have brothers and sisters in and out of my home all the time and plan on having children in the future, and from what the breeder said she is overwhelmed by that. Also, she is not potty trained at all and while I believe that all dogs can learn, I'm still working on training my little girl Tallulah and don't think that I could do both at the same time. I really do think she's beautiful and will make someone a wonderful addition to their family. I just feel the poor darling has been through enough and I wouldn't want her to be unhappy here.

Why would they have bred Tessa in the first place???? She's a cute dog, but not something that should've been bred. I hope she finds her forever home soon! She looks like she'd be a love to have around.
