| Excessive drinking and peeing? I had 2 cats that did that. Both had diabeties. Maybe that is the problem. If it's not too bad, you just need to give him insulin shots. Hopefully, it's something simpler and easily fixed. Prayers for the little guy for a speedy recovery and a loving forever home.

| Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Way to go - both you and your friend. We can't change the way people treat their animals - but you and your friend are at least making a difference for a few animals and that's EXCELLENT and you should be proud of this. I can't believe the owner never disclosed a kidney problem - that is just plain SELFISH on his part. When you said he'll never see him again - I hope that's true. You don't give away your family pet....then change your freaking mind AFTER it's happened. Poor guy - I hope he'll be ok - he must be so confused and maybe in pain too from his kidneys. |

| My vet's receptionest also thought of diabeatis. my girlfriend is faxing over the medical records tomorrow to my vet's office and he will look them over. If it is not to bad the receptionest will take him. I have contacted Yorkie Rescue also for backup. With 3 dogs, 3 cats, and grandchildren to watch my friend does not deserve this. She has been upset over this for days. He is not in any distress, on the contrary. Typical puppy looking to get into whatever he can. Loves humping the 130lb. shepard. Picture that. He is as big as the dogs head. Then he pees on him! LOL She is really doing her best with the situation and I hope and pray someone comes to her rescue soon. With a Yorkie so beautiful we should have know there was something wrong somewhere. Expecially since he was free. As long as this has a happy ending that is all we care about. Please keep praying this little guy gets a chance and a loving home. Carol |

Best of luck Archie. I'm sure though that someone on here who makes them could get them to you right quick. Check around, maybe there's a member in your area.

| PETSMART sells the 'tiny' diapers with a hole for the tail. They STILL slide off, but with the use of the tape or maybe even suspenders, they would stay on. Good luck! |
