My little Yorkie is partly an "outside dog" too. He goes out every chance he gets and just loves it --- regardless of the weather.

Maybe that's what the lady meant. If I had a safe place for my little guy -- he get to go out a lot more than he does.

For now - we go out for walks, run around on the leash - and he goes out for a while several times a day and is tied on his leash. Plus - he has all sort of neighbors and other dogs in the neighborhood that he just has to visit every day. I call him an "indoor-outdoor dog."

But - I will tell you with this heat - both my dogs go out - check out the temperature - and want right back in (after they pee, of course).

It breaks my heart that this baby is kept outside!! I do hope she has found a home. I wish I was closer!!!

aww that is so sad...how cruel to let them outside as hot as its been..even if it isnt hot, thats wrong to let them outside all the time... so sad
