YHR Booth at the Houston Dog Show

I LOVE the tx bluebonnet dress...gotta get on of those!! The booth looks amazing, I'm a little glad/sad I coulebt make it, I'd have cleared yall out of everything!!

I think they will all be sold by the end of the show. I really wish now that I had made more of them...they are popular. I was unsure about them...I had posted the dress in the fashion forum for opinions and it did not really get rave reviews. Guess that was because no one realized how much Texans love their bluebonnets! I also changed the bow on it and it looks better now.

I will definitely be making more of these for the show next year!

I LOVE the Blue Bonnet dresses. I didn't see a post in the Fashion Forum, I must have missed that one.

OMgosh...the booth is fabulous...just look at all that wonderful stuff Oh, the pictures are great...I almost feel like I am there I bet it is so much fun...I would have a blast and be a selling fool Keep sharing, we love it!

Thanks. Hopefully we will get some pics in the next few days, but it will be really, really busy there and not a lot of time for pic taking. We shall see...there are quite a few of us snapping them.

So you accept donations all year? Okay my next question is do they have to be things we make or can we donate purchased items?

I am thinking this is a silly question considering I saw some Coach bags (in fact I saw my fabulous Pink Summer bag). I am not sure this is the right forum to answer my questions, if not let me know and I will write YHR. I am always getting Coach coupons that I don't alway use, I could donate those also.

We accept hand made, purchased...people items and pup items. We can turn anything into money for the pups! Our booth has a bit of everything. Even small items like little cars for kids...Barbie dolls..candles, lotions, .oh, anything you can think of. We sell grab bags that have candy, mardi gras beads and other small items. They sell for $1 and if the person finds a star in the bag, they pick a prize off of the table. That is always fun...especially for the children.

The booth is fabulous! I stopped by today, but only had limited amount of time to spend there. I was amazed at the booth and the show in general. I have never seen so many precious Yorkie things all in one place. The YHR booth has it all...plus the added bonus of the cutest Yorkie models you can imagine modeling the beautiful dresses, tutus and bows. I would have been so sorry had I not been able to go! It was better than I ever thought it was going to be. If you can possibly find a way to go - do it, you'll have a blast! YHR has done a tremendous job with the booth!!! Way to go ladies - hoping I can make it back one more time before the end of the show!

ladyjane, your Texas Bluebonnet dress is absolutely to die for!!! I never saw that on the forum, but then I dont go to many other "pages" or whatever you call these different sites... I click on "New Posts" and "Quick Links" up at the top, and that is all I know how to do really....That was why I was sad about people saying anything bad about the adorable little clothes and fashions maybe being taken off those two "venues"....I certainly would have ordered one of those little dresses from you! Blue, white eyelet lace, glittery translucent bow, BLUEBONNETS, the great State of Texas all over it...what in the world is there NOT to simply adore about this dress!!!!!!!!!! Do you make them during the year or just for this event????

Thank you. I took that blue bow off and put a narrow ivory ribbon instead. Looks much better I think. When I get more made they will be on the YHR Boutique.
