Just to let everyone know:

I dropped Gabby off at 7AM.

She is the first case this morning. I am thinking that she is probably about to go into surgery right now. They usually start right around 9AM.

Gabby is out of surgery! It started a bit later than I had thought it would this morning.
The surgery was uneventful.

She will remain in ICU and be medicated for pain and observed closely. When the neurologist called me a little while ago, she said that Gabby was awake and alert...looking around.

She will be there at least until Thursday.

I had dropped in today mainly to check on Gabby.

What do you mean the surgery was uneventful?

Good news...I am so happy that this is behind the little Gabster. She is probably looking for you....Will they let you see her even if she is in ICU?

I am sure they would, but honestly I think it might upset her. I will see how she is doing and play it by ear. Maybe tomorrow.

True...I didn't think of that. You must be tired! Poor baby...now praying that she will heal quickly and she will be up and walking much better than before.
