Gabby is out of surgery! It started a bit later than I had thought it would this morning.
The surgery was uneventful.
She will remain in ICU and be medicated for pain and observed closely. When the neurologist called me a little while ago, she said that Gabby was awake and alert...looking around.
She will be there at least until Thursday.
