I hope there is a miracle in Gabby's future. That precious little girl certainly deserves a few miracles. Sending prayers specially for her. I hope there will be good news for her eye.

Any update on The Gabster after her eye doctor appointment today? Hoping for some good news for the little furbut.

Her appt is not until 3PM :) I am hoping for good news as well!

Well, the appt did not yield very promising news. :( The iris of her left eye is protruding and she may end up losing the eye. :( She has glaucoma in that eye and for now nothing can be done about it. She will continue her ulcer mix and also the cyclosporine drops for dry eye in both eyes. The ulcer that was starting in her right eye is actually healing, so that was good news.
He is giving it one more week.
I know you all will keep Gabby in your thoughts and prayers. That is about all we can do right now.

Oh no, Poor Gabby! I hope they can save her eye. She has been thru so much. :(

Oh no, poor sweet Gabby. I hope her eye isn't in any pain. It just looks painful. This poor baby and all she has been thru.

Prayers still continue for her.

Linda, you and the vets are doing all you can. That is all you can do. She is a lot better today than she was when you got her.

Thank you, Steve. I wanted so much for her eye to be ok...it is heartbreaking. :( But, yes, she is better and I need to focus on that. She is eating well and gained 1/2 pound and no longer falls over. I just hope her tests (myelogram and CT scan) go well next week. She is scheduled for Thursday. Her eye will be checked on Wed so we will know more about that then.

Well, there are two good things that have happened to her in the short period of time you've had her. She has gained weight and no longer falls over. That is great. We'll just keep praying for miracles for Gabby. She's also got a safe and loving home, so she probably thinks she's doing very well!:)

I am just seeing your update from yesterday. I will continue to pray for Gabby's recovery and am so very thankful for her healing thus far. Thank you Linda. :)
