| Advice for flying a yorkie..... I haven't been on here for quite some time but have a question I'm hoping I can get advice on. I live in Maine and have a friend in Nebraska who needs to rehome her little guy (I think he's about 4ish pounds). I really want to take him but the thought of flying him to me makes me nervous. What are everyones thoughts on flying yorkies. My little Charlotte would love to have a brother and I've been hoping to get another yorkie for quite some time would love to help out my friend at the same time. I even thought of me flying out to get him but I'm pregnant and restricted from flying right now. Also if it werentso far I'd either drive to get him or coordinate people to get him here (though I wouldn't know where to start to do that). She is moving Sept 1st and can't take him with her (no pets allowed at the apartment). What would you do? She is also trying to find a home near her for him but without luck. On one hand I hope she does but at the same time I really want to be his new home!

Donating YT 10K Club Member | You can hire a courier to bring puppy to you. A YT member by the name of luvmysissy, Jodie provides this service for around $250 which is actually probably cheaper than shipping him in cargo. Good luck!

| Too bad you are unable to fly that is how I got Zipp (then Spike) down to Fl from Columbus OH the end of Feb. bchgirl has a good idea. Plane fare for me was 200 round trip and Delta charged me 100 to bring Zipp back. Steep, but Zipp has turned out to be a great old guy at 15 years old. Hope you find a way to bring the little guy into your home.
