One of our local shelters rescued 22 Yorkies from what they call a "desperate situation" and they will be placing them over the next couple of months. They require that you fill out an application and then wait for them to contact you. It says they are not socialized or housebroken and need people who really care and want to take the time to socialize and train them. Here's the link:

Everyone is always looking for rescue yorkies, I'm sure they will find great homes!
