| 1 yr old Male Biewer (neutered) Save a Yorkie Rescue Hi everyone! THIS IS NOT MY DOG. I noticed this beauty on the Save a Yorkie Rescue website. His name is Bogie. Here is some information on him and the link to the site: Breath takingly beautful! Bogie is top of the line GORGEOUS! He is a Biewer - a parti colored variation of the usual Yorkie colors. Bogie is 7lbs. He is AKC registered. He is very submissive having lived with many other small dogs. If you walk up to him he just turns over on his back. He is a sweetheart who would appreciate lots of time and training from you. He is up to date with vaccinations. Bogie is vacationing near Lebanon , PA with Fran. Bogie is an exceptionally loved dog, adored by his foster mom and we are looking for an experienced Yorkie owner who may have an another submissive Yorkie and who has time to spend with Bogie. Bogie deserves the very best home we can find for him and we want the home that best suits this little sweetie. There is a picture on the website. I hope I did this right. I have never posted about a rescue before. Bogie's Web Page

| He's really cute. Just confused why they charge a $25 application fee + an adoption fee?? How can we find out if this is a real rescue??

| It is a real rescue. I cannot vouch for them as I do not know them, but they have been around for quite some time. You can look them up on Guidestar. GuideStar nonprofit reports and Forms 990 for donors, grantmakers and businesses

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Just a clarification, he's not a biewer. He's an akc registered parti yorkie.

| First off, applying does not mean the dog isn't already promised to someone and they won't tell you that until you have paid the $25. Also, to adopt you MUST visit the dog where ever it is fostered with ALL the dogs you own. They don't say that on their website but that is what they will tell you after you pay the adoption application fee. Beware using this group. |

| Biewer Hi This dog was actually a parti colored Yorkie. Very beautiful and very similar to a Biewer. He has been given away by his owner to someone else so he is no longer available in rescue. We do have other Yorkies who need help. Thank you for wanting to make sure Bogie got a home. Marilyn |

Senior Yorkie Talker | I have inquired about several dogs with this rescue. In each case I did contact them and asked if they had other applications. Each time they did tell me if there were others being reviewed and left it to me whether I wanted to proceed. They have never failed to get back with me via email and were always gracious if I called first. |

| Pardon me for being a tad bit confused. How did an owner give the pup away? I thought he was in rescue?

| The people I spoke to were wonderful. The rules for adoption should be clearly stated on the website so that all you wish to adopt know what is required of them before an application is filled out. |
