This was posted on my Facebook page - I don't know if anyone has already seen it - but it makes me want to cry. I don't know all the details but I did go to the Miami-Dade web-site and they think she is about 2 months old and has been there since yesterday.....I hope someone can help her!

Is that a puppy? It is incredibly tiny. I wonder what is wrong with it, poor little thing.

Ugg, I know. Hope somebody can rescue her. She is tiny and looks like she can barely stand. Missing patches of hair (mange?). I wanted to email them and get more info. I feel sad about this poor girl.

She's breaking my heart just looking at her. I'm going to go check what rescues are in that area.

I'm in tears right now. I wish I never would have seen that.
My heart breaks for that tiny little girl. So sad..................

I'm not sure if YHR or YTNR have fosters in Florida. I googled and there is a Florida Yorkie Rescue, anyone familiar with them???

I emailed them to see if they would give me an update on her health and age etc. We will see if I get a response.
I'm just concerned with her tiny size and apparrant poor health that she won't live long if not properly cared for.

Thanks for checking - I've been thinking about her a lot - but being in PA - there wasn't much I could do - I hope she's found a good home. She's going to need a lot of love among other things.

I'm not sure how I missed with posts~I'm so sorry

YHR does not have any fosters in FL. YTNR does I believe. FYR is a member here and pulls from shelters in FL. They were involved with several rescues on YT in the past.

Miami Dade shelter always has yorkies. It's just so sad. I'm just glad that someone adopted her. I hope she now has a wonderful home
