Her foster mom told me that Roriee loves the blanket you sent to her! That was a very sweet and thoughtful thing to do.

And mine as well. Some days I get so tired and wonder if I really want to continue rescue........then, I see a pup like Roriee and realize how worthwhile it is.

As you know this baby is dear to my heart because of the connection with our beloved Ellie. Jen and YHR are incredible gifted angels on this earth. Roriee looks better every day. And she is receiving top notch med care. Most of all she is comfortable. The love Roriee is getting is part of her healing. And she will forever have a big special place in my heart. God bless you for caring for this special special baby. I just told some friends yesterday that Ellie and Roriee were instrumental together in bringing new friends and new puppies together- even thru our grief. Keep healing sweet Roriee!

Your post just brought tears to my eyes. I have your little angel's pictures on my refrigerator and plan to purchase a frame for them in the near future.
I think of you and Lynn often and hope you are well and enjoying your new baby.

And i stare at our special plant every single day and think of you and our sweet Ellie. Me and Lynn are ok. Amazing how long it takes to work thru this loss. We will miss her forever. Our new Maleah Grace reminds us every moment how genuine people can be in the yorkie family. She is also our calm sweet comforting souce of healing. We know our Ellie has appointed her to love us thru the loss and to remind us to pay it forward- for all that Ellie taught us in her short life.

It's amazing how these sweet little souls can change our lives so quickly with what they teach us. Ellie was blessed to have you both to love her, and I'm certain she's smiling down on you and Maleah Grace right now.

Ok, that's enough of that! I am crying again.....but, I am also happy to hear that things are ok with you. I am so sure Ellie is watching over all of you....and Maleah Grace was appointed by her.

Everything in life happens for a reason...sometimes it takes time to see it....you found it quickly.

Thank God for her foster mom and her doctors. She must have a very strong will to live. The pictures are so adorable. I'm praying she continues to be relatively pain free. God Bless her!

Thanks to you, Lynne, and Ladyjane also for what you have done for Roriee. Had it not been for all of you, Roriee wouldn't be with Jen. I agree that Jen has been amazing with Roriee. I can't believe she is the same dog you brought to her.

I still think of you and your sweet little angel, Ellie. I read her blog, and I found it truly inspiring and heartwarming. I hope Maleah Grace helps heal your pain and that she brings you much love and happiness.
