Roriee Updates
 
Roriee's story:

Roriee was lovingly surrendered to YHR because her mother is ill and could not manage Roriee's issues. Roriee has captured all of our hearts. This thread will be for updates and messages of support.

She is a very sick little pup with multiple issues and is currently hospitalized. She has GME, AAI and hydrocephalus. There will be an update tomorrow morning.

We are praying for her. Van and I cried a few tears over her this morning. This is just the most heartbreaking thing I have ever heard. Praying for miracles for Roriee's little body. Thanks for everything you are doing YHR!

You know we really could not do what we do without the kindness and generosity of people who give. Rescue is not just the people who transport and foster and do the physical things. A quote from our donor page says it all..not just for YHR, but for ALL rescues:

We value our donors. We consider our donors rescuers too. They help with the well being of our pups by providing for their medical care. If it weren't for our generous donors, we could not save the many yorkies out there that so desperately need our help. Thank you for all you do.

Lots more love coming to Roriee - thinking of you every minute, sweet little girl!

Thank you Linda, YHR, everyone who has supported and helped, CVS, and to Roriee's Mother who lovingly gave Roriee another chance at healing.

PLEASE NOTE:

I will try to get here to update often, but Roriee's bio on the YHR site will have all current updates from here on out.

At least there we are totally assured that there will be no distractions.

Prayers for Roriee and Randi. I think of this sweet little dog all the time and all the peope at YHR who are trying to help. I will continue to donate as I can.

I will give Sophie Kate an extra hug tonight for Roriee.

LadyJane updateF that Roriee was placed in a body cast today - hopefully bringing a little relief for the AAI - just one part of her diagnosis. I am posting a link to me Ellie's blog. This thread is about Roriee ONLY. i am only posting Ellie's blog in case anyone wants to scroll thru her site and see what a body cast means for an AAI BABY. We are grateful she is doing well today. We all pray together for miracles for Roriee.

I am heartbroken for both Roriee and Randy. I am praying that they both find relief from whatever pain they are experiencing. I can't imagine something like that happening to any pet. God be with both of them.

I can tell from your blog how much you love Ellie and what wonderful mommas she has to take care of her so well. Loved the pink cast with the hearts. Lets all just keep praying that Roriee will be able to move around once again.
