I want you to know that I also feel Randi's pain and it has been so heartwrenching thinking of Randi and Roiree being separated from one another. My heart goes out to both of them.

I am asking for this thread to be closed. I apologize to those of you who REALLY DO CARE about the welfare of Roriee, but you will still be able to check on her.

The only thing I wish to say is this:

Roriee was in horrendous shape and screaming constantly when she came to us. She is NOW getting the care that her owner could not afford. IF we did not take her on the evening that we did, Randi said that she was going to euthanize her the next day because she could not care for her due to the fact she was having surgery on that Wednesday and she had no one to help.

Interesting also is the fact that her mother, Betty, told me that Roriee HAD been euthanized when I called the hospital the day after Randi had her surgery. That was very confusing.

Randi, from what I understand is in a nursing home, and unable to care for Roriee. She also emailed me and said she is NOT at home...so I don't know where she is..only what she told another person who told me.

This thread was not started for people to second guess the care that this pup was denied. When we got her, she was in HORRENDOUS shape. Case closed.

To the absolutely wonderful, caring people on YT I apologize, but I refuse to have another thread about her turned into a fiasco by people who really have no clue what happened.
